We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zaobasonic.com.

We will provide you with return instructions, including the correct return address. Please note that at this time, we only have return addresses within the USA. Returns are self-posted, and we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels.

2) Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

3) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and not eligible for return. Digital gift card sales are also final and non-refundable.
